Hitchin' Post Ponies & Stables

Hitchin’ Post Ponies & Stables is a private party venue in Richmond, Texas, offering organisers a country-style setting for children’s birthdays, family celebrations, school visits and company gatherings. Guests have use of a large covered party barn and an adjoining pavilion, with tables and table coverings provided. The pavilion can also be used for a show, live music or a company presentation.

The venue’s parties combine space to gather with a wide choice of activities. Children can meet farm animals, enjoy pony rides and take a ride on the trackless train or stagecoach. Other options include a hayride, mini golf, a zip line, playground equipment, carousels, a photo booth, carnival games and outdoor sports. Selected party packages also feature an interactive magic show, pony-painting activities, popcorn or snow cones. Packages are offered in different time lengths and can be adapted to suit the group. Organisers may bring their own food, drinks and birthday cake, and catering options are also listed.

Hitchin’ Post provides more than a room to hire. The hosts help run the party and keep activities moving, so organisers can spend more time with their guests. The venue can accommodate gatherings of up to 90 people within its stated standard party rate, with additional charges for larger groups. Schools and day-care groups are welcome on weekdays. Parties are booked by appointment, and the business asks organisers to contact the team to discuss availability and shape a package around their plans.
