Sebastian County Fair Association

Sebastian County Fair Association operates the fairgrounds in Greenwood, Arkansas, and makes the site available for events as well as staging its own county fair. Organisers can enquire about using the grounds throughout the year, with a rental application provided for people interested in booking facilities. The site is suited to public gatherings and agricultural events, including livestock shows, exhibitions and rodeo activity. Its annual fair brings together displays, vendors, entertainment and family attractions, while other events on the association’s programme include community festivals and seasonal celebrations.

The fairgrounds also support vendor participation, with opportunities to enquire about commercial space during the fair. This makes the site relevant to organisers planning an event that needs room for exhibitors, food vendors or public attendance. The association’s work has a community and educational focus, particularly in agriculture and the creative arts, and it supports youth activities through fair-related programmes and scholarships.

Located on East Knoxville Street, the grounds offer a local setting for organisers in Greenwood and the wider River Valley area. The association’s website provides a rental application and contact details for facility enquiries. Prospective hirers should contact the office directly to discuss which spaces are available, event requirements, dates and arrangements. Whether planning an agricultural gathering, a community event or another occasion that could benefit from fairground facilities, organisers can enquire with the association about using the site beyond its own scheduled fair programme.
