The Pines Event Venue

The Pines is a family-run wedding and event venue in Conway, Arkansas, set on a renovated horse farm. Its mix of indoor and outdoor spaces gives organisers options for ceremonies, receptions, private celebrations and corporate gatherings, with room to shape the setting around the occasion.

The main barn provides a large, climate-controlled indoor space, while the former stables offer a more intimate setting. Outside, guests can gather in the courtyard or among the fields beside the pond. These different areas make it possible to host parts of an event in separate locations, or bring the programme together in one place.

Wedding packages include access to the venue’s event spaces, tables and chairs, ceremony arches, a sound system and use of its décor collection. Couples can also make use of separate bridal and groom’s rooms. A longer package offers access over two days, overnight accommodation for the wedding party and use of the property for wedding portraits. The venue also has a catering kitchen for event preparations.

For other occasions, the property offers hourly hire for gatherings such as birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, fundraisers and corporate events. Options vary by group size and include use of selected indoor and outdoor spaces, seating and sound equipment. Additional venue items can be hired separately. The Pines is suited to organisers looking for a countryside setting with a choice of layouts and practical facilities for hosting guests.
