Southwestern Weddings & Events

Southwestern Weddings & Events offers couples and event organisers a Cottonwood base for celebrations in Arizona’s Verde Valley. Its Studio venue, presented as Verde Ranch Grill, has 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and can host up to 150 guests. The setting is available for weddings and elopements, as well as rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and other private gatherings. On-site facilities include a catering kitchen and bar, with professional event staff available to support the occasion.

The business also provides wedding planning and design, with options for in-person and virtual guidance. Couples can seek help at different stages, from shaping their plans and budget to coordinating the wedding day and creating the look of the celebration. Wedding planning retreats in Sedona offer a more concentrated format, combining planning sessions, design advice and practical guidance over several days.

Food is another part of the offer. The catering team creates tailored menus, including Southwestern-inspired dishes and other options, and can provide full-service support such as set-up, serving staff and clean-up. Organisers can discuss dietary requirements and arrange a tasting as part of planning their event.

For couples who want support beyond the venue alone, the team can bring together planning, design and catering in a coordinated package. Alternatively, organisers can enquire about the Studio as a location for their own celebration. The business serves weddings and special occasions in Cottonwood and the wider Sedona area, with planning support also available remotely.
