International Harvester Clubhouse

International Harvester Clubhouse is a city-run venue in Lakeland, Tennessee, available to reserve for private celebrations and business gatherings. Set within the 65-acre International Harvester Park, it offers a banquet room for up to 160 guests, making it suitable for wedding receptions, parties, dinners, retreats and meetings. The main room has a dance floor, tables and chairs, a bar and serving island, and a warming kitchen with food-preparation and storage facilities. Guests can also use the smaller recreation room, which accommodates up to 40 people and can be booked on its own or alongside the banquet room. It has tables and chairs and can be arranged to suit a meeting or gathering.

The clubhouse provides public Wi-Fi, parking and wall-mounted screens that can display content from the internet or a personal device. Its patio looks out towards the park lake and amphitheatre. For outdoor gatherings, the city also rents a lakeside pavilion for groups of up to 50, with nearby walking trails and restrooms. The park setting includes picnic areas and a lake, adding options for guests who want time outdoors as part of their visit.

Bookings are made through the City of Lakeland, with reservations subject to availability and rental policies. Organisers should account for set-up and clear-up when booking their time, and check requirements for larger gatherings or events serving alcohol. The venue is intended for organisers seeking a practical, flexible space in a green setting, with indoor rooms and an outdoor pavilion available for a range of occasions.
