Bristol Event Center

Bristol Event Center is a bookable event venue in downtown Coos Bay, Oregon, set in a restored warehouse with around 8,500 square feet of indoor space and an outdoor area that includes a covered patio. Its flexible setting gives couples and organisers room to shape celebrations around their plans, whether they are arranging a wedding ceremony and reception, a milestone birthday, an anniversary, a fundraiser, a reunion or another special occasion.

Weddings are a particular focus. The venue offers a three-day booking option, giving the wedding party access from Friday morning until Sunday at noon for preparations, decorating, rehearsal, the celebration and collection of personal items. The wedding package includes tables, chairs and linens, with a choice of linen colour, as well as planning conversations and assistance on the event day. The team can help coordinate with chosen vendors and offers a preferred-vendor list to support couples as they organise the occasion. The indoor and outdoor areas also give couples options for different parts of the day and changing weather.

The venue can also be booked for one-day events, including family celebrations and community or fundraising gatherings. For these bookings, a venue manager is available to assist. Bristol Event Center is generally available for events from May through October, while tours and booking enquiries are welcomed throughout the year. Organisers considering the space can contact the team to discuss their date, guest numbers and event requirements, and arrange a visit before making plans.
