Kaartjie is the Dutch ticket platform for organizers who want to keep their ticket sales in their own hands. From Leeuwarden, we help concerts, festivals, theater performances, associations, workshops, and conferences sell tickets online within five minutes, without technical knowledge.
You create a free account, put your event online, and share your sales link or embed ticket sales on your own website. Visitors order without an account and pay with iDEAL, credit card, or Bancontact. Immediately afterwards, they receive an e-ticket with a QR code, which can also be added to Apple Wallet.
At the entrance, you can scan for free with your phone: the scanner works in the browser, even without internet, and multiple employees can scan simultaneously. Additionally, you can manage ticket types, discount codes, guest lists, and events on multiple dates.
You pay no subscription and no setup costs. A paid event costs €0.80 per ticket sold, a free event €0.35, including VAT and iDEAL fees. The proceeds are automatically paid out two working days after the event. Kaartjie works for organizers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
