The Barn at Brambleton

The Barn at Brambleton is a restored 1940s dairy barn in Ashburn, Virginia, available to hire for weddings, corporate functions and personal celebrations. Set across more than 20 acres, the venue combines historic character with bright, updated interiors and a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces. Organisers can book the entire property or select a particular area, with options suited to larger gatherings as well as smaller events.

The upper level features the Anthony Soave Grand Hall, while Arcola Hall provides a more intimate lower-level setting. Outdoor areas include a pavilion, terrace and amphitheatre, giving couples and organisers room to plan ceremonies, receptions, cocktail gatherings and other occasions. The property also has private getting-ready rooms, separate entrances for its two levels, accessible facilities and substantial on-site parking. The main hall and lower-level space can each accommodate large guest groups, with layouts tailored to the event.

The venue is offered on a venue-only basis, so organisers can bring their own caterer and other suppliers or choose from the venue’s recommended vendor list. A catering preparation kitchen is available with selected packages. The Barn does not provide event planning or coordination, and organisers should arrange a day-of coordinator. Rental options include wedding packages, weekday micro-weddings and packages for corporate events and other celebrations, with availability and pricing varying by date, season and space selected. Tours are available by appointment, allowing prospective clients to view the property and discuss their plans.
