Abilene Christian University - Hunter Welcome Cent

Abilene Christian University’s Hunter Welcome Center offers a range of campus spaces that organisers can book for meetings, conferences, receptions and other gatherings in Abilene, Texas. Its largest facility, the McCaleb Conference Center, is divided into three zones, giving planners the option to use a single section or bring the areas together for a larger programme. Each zone has tables, chairs, a screen, sound and a projector. The published capacities are 120 guests for a seated meal or 180 in theatre layout per zone. Used together, the three zones can seat 352 for a meal or accommodate around 600 in theatre style.
