Stars on the Concho, LLC

Set beside the Concho River, Star Ranch - Stars on the Concho offers a country setting for weddings, receptions and other gatherings just north of San Angelo. Its collection of indoor and outdoor spaces gives organisers room to shape the day around their plans, from a riverside ceremony to a reception with dancing beneath the open West Texas sky.

The Main Hall is a rustic barn-style space for dinners, parties and celebrations. Large doors connect it with outdoor reception areas and a concrete dance floor, while two covered open-sided barns provide additional shelter. Couples can make use of a bridal suite and a separate groom’s suite, and the grounds include ceremony arbors, a fire pit and outdoor lighting. The venue advertises capacity for gatherings of up to 350 people under cover.

Wedding packages vary in what they include. Depending on the option selected, they may provide access to the grounds and getting-ready suites, an arbor, in-house décor, linens, security, rehearsal time and a day-of coordinator. Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests are included in venue rentals, and an on-site manager is available during events. Decor and linen rentals can also be arranged, with some items carrying an additional charge.

The venue welcomes outside caterers and other approved suppliers, allowing organisers to select services that suit their event. Its spaces are also available for quinceañeras, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, business functions and corporate parties.
