The Annaberg-Buchholz Festival Hall is a rentable event venue for public and private occasions as well as corporate events. Organizers can book the hall for concerts, shows, comedy performances, trade fairs, banquets, conferences, and other celebrations. Depending on the event format, the large hall can be configured with either row seating or standing room. For seated events, more than 777 seats are available; for standing-room-only events, the hall can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. The venue includes a stage and event technology. Performers have access to a backstage area with three dressing rooms, equipped with tables, chairs, mirrors, sinks, and seating. Food and drinks are provided by an external catering partner, allowing event organizers to focus on catering for their guests during the planning phase.

The venue at Kätplatz is accessible via the B95 federal highway. Approximately 600 free parking spaces are located directly at the hall, facilitating arrival for guests and event teams. The hall is therefore suitable for various event sizes and types, from conferences and banquets to larger stage productions. Booking inquiries are handled by the Annaberg-Buchholz city administration. Organizers can obtain information there regarding availability, seating arrangements, and rental conditions.
