Hill Barn

Hill Barn is a private event venue at Rectory Farm in the Cotswolds, with two converted barns available to hire separately or together. Set in open countryside near Lower Swell, the venue offers a secluded setting with views across the surrounding landscape, while its flexible spaces can suit both smaller gatherings and larger celebrations.

The Stone Barn is the more intimate option, with Cotswold stone walls and exposed wooden beams. It can host up to 45 guests seated or 75 standing, making it suitable for meetings, family lunches, dinner parties, drinks receptions and smaller celebrations. The larger Dutch Barn has a more open, adaptable layout and can accommodate up to 150 people seated or 250 standing. Organisers can use it for wedding receptions, private parties, conferences, corporate events, product launches, automotive events and film or photography shoots.

Both barns have a modern kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge and freezer, and two dishwashers. Underfloor heating is available throughout, and the Dutch Barn also has air conditioning. The site provides toilet facilities, parking for up to 64 cars and two electric vehicle charging points. Its open layout gives organisers room to plan their own event design and installations.

Hill Barn offers wedding receptions and can accommodate celebrant-led, humanist or personal ceremonies, though it is not licensed for legally binding wedding ceremonies. The venue also welcomes enquiries for corporate occasions, family gatherings and creative productions.
