Kulturkeller

Located in the heart of Fulda, within the historic Vonderau Museum, is the Kulturkeller (cultural cellar) of the Kreuz Cultural Center. The event spaces can be rented for private celebrations and events for companies, clubs, and other organizations. These include weddings, birthdays, receptions, meetings, and seminars. Readings and film screenings also fit perfectly into the versatile setting.

The venue combines a historic vaulted cellar with a spacious foyer. Both areas are approximately 150 square meters in size. The cellar houses a stage as well as lighting and sound equipment. The foyer features a bar and a cloakroom. An additional adjoining room offers further planning possibilities. The museum courtyard in front of the ground-level entrance can also be incorporated. The operator states a capacity of approximately 100 people for seminars.

The Kreuz Cultural Center provides organizational support as needed, including furniture, seating, beverage service, and cleaning. Catering can be arranged or added upon request. For additional services such as decoration, music, and a photo booth, the operator collaborates with regional partners. Organizers are also welcome to use their own service providers. This allows the Kulturkeller (cultural cellar) to be individually prepared for everything from a reception with finger food to a seminar or private celebration. Its central location within the museum makes it a distinctive alternative to a traditional hall.
