Woodland Camp

Woodland Camp is a rural meeting and retreat venue set within 17 acres of wooded countryside near Epping Forest, on the edge of north-east London. It offers organisers a choice of spaces for business meetings, workshops, conferences and residential gatherings, with room sizes suited to both smaller groups and larger events.

The Oaks and The Pines accommodate groups of around two to ten, while the Dining Hall is suited to roughly 10 to 30 people. The West Hall can host around 30 to 120, and the marquee provides a larger option for approximately 50 to 220 guests. Layouts can be arranged to suit the session, including theatre and U-shaped formats. Meeting facilities include monitors, flipcharts and video-conferencing equipment, with additional audiovisual options available. Wi-Fi is provided across the buildings.

Organisers can arrange refreshments and a catered lunch, with food prepared on site. The grounds offer walking trails, ponds, lawns and outdoor space for breaks or informal activities between sessions. Accommodation is also available for groups planning a retreat or multi-day gathering, alongside meeting and dining facilities.

Owned and operated by Amana Trust, Woodland Camp is used for the Trust’s own programmes and made available to other groups. Visits are by prior arrangement, and organisers can enquire about bookings or arrange a viewing through the venue’s contact form. Its countryside setting and practical meeting facilities make it an option for groups seeking a focused gathering away from a conventional town-centre conference room.
