Hafen12 is a versatile event venue in the Mülheim district of Cologne, directly on the Rhine and near the Koelnmesse exhibition center. The former industrial hall combines distinctive brick architecture with modern event technology and offers a striking setting for a wide variety of events.

The centerpiece is a roughly 235-square-meter, column-free hall with a ceiling height of approximately eight meters. It is suitable for product presentations, in-house trade fairs, congresses, conferences, TV productions, film and photo shoots, pop-up stores, as well as hybrid and virtual events. Large installations and vehicles can be delivered and integrated into the production. Basic lighting, rigging points, high-performance power connections, internet capacity for streaming, air conditioning, and heating create excellent conditions for professional productions.

In addition to the main hall, nine further rooms are available on two floors. These spaces can be used as a reception area, workshop room, backstage area, production office, meeting room, or quiet retreat. A courtyard with access for delivery vehicles and food trucks, as well as a landscaped outdoor area with mature trees and a view of the Rhine, further expand the possibilities.

Hafen12 does not operate with a fixed, pre-defined service provider concept. Event organizers are free to bring their own partners, such as catering, technical, or decoration companies. Upon request, the venue can assist with coordinating external trades, providing a single point of contact for event execution. With its combination of urban industrial charm, flexible room layout, excellent technical equipment, and unique location, Hafen12 is ideal for corporate events, brand launches, trade fairs, media productions, and private functions.
