The Concourse Council offers a distinctive collection of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning meetings, celebrations, corporate gatherings and community events in Shady Hills, Florida. Set across more than 200 acres of natural surroundings, the property combines practical event facilities with a memorable parkland setting in Pasco County, close to the Suncoast Parkway and within easy reach of the Tampa Bay area.

The refurbished Event Center provides a choice of rooms for smaller and mid-sized gatherings. The large meeting room can accommodate up to 75 guests, while the board room seats up to 14 people and the smaller multipurpose room is suited to groups of around 35 or fewer. These spaces can be used for meetings, training sessions, board gatherings, workshops, social functions and other private events.

For larger outdoor occasions, the covered Rotary Pavilion provides approximately 13,000 square feet of lighted, open-air space. It includes a stage, nearby parking, picnic benches, tables, folding chairs, food preparation facilities and restrooms. The pavilion can support company picnics, fundraisers, festivals, craft fairs, award ceremonies, live music, family reunions, team activities and wedding receptions. Organisers may work with their own chosen suppliers, making the venue suitable for flexible event planning.

The Railroad Depot is another bookable outdoor option for gatherings of approximately 50 to 100 people. Its connection to the Grand Concourse Railroad can add a distinctive railway theme to special events, subject to availability and arrangements with the venue. The wider property also includes woodland, wetlands and community facilities, creating opportunities for outdoor activities and memorable group experiences.
