Located in Cleveland’s Warehouse District, BLDG17CLE is a distinctive industrial event venue designed for organisers who want a flexible setting with character. The spacious venue occupies approximately 15,000 square feet and provides an open layout that can be adapted for weddings, receptions, corporate functions, fundraisers, markets, fashion shows, community gatherings and private celebrations.

The building’s warehouse heritage gives events a strong visual identity, with exposed brick, original architectural details, broad windows and an open-plan interior that can be styled in many different ways. Organisers can create layouts for seated dinners, dancing, presentations, exhibitions, ceremonies or informal social events, depending on the occasion and guest numbers. The space can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations of up to around 350 seated guests.

Facilities include a furnished lounge, kitchenette, private changing areas, a bridal suite with hair and make-up space, a separate groom’s or green room, event restrooms and private parking. A loading dock, freight access and lift make it practical for caterers, production teams, furniture suppliers and event equipment deliveries. The venue also offers access to an outdoor courtyard, creating an additional option for ceremonies, drinks receptions, photographs or open-air activities.

BLDG17CLE works with outside suppliers and provides an open vendor policy, allowing organisers to shape the event around their preferred caterer, decorator, entertainment, production company and other partners. Furniture and décor options are available, while the venue team can assist with planning, set-up and the practical details of bringing an event together.
