Mt. Hope Event Center

Mt. Hope Event Center is a large, flexible event venue in Millersburg, Ohio, serving organisers of trade shows, auctions, exhibitions, weddings, conferences, benefit events and community gatherings. The venue offers an expansive climate-controlled building with heating and air conditioning, making it suitable for events throughout the year. Its main facility covers approximately 81,000 square feet, with an additional 41,000 square feet known as The Nest, providing extra capacity for larger productions and busy show layouts.

The venue is designed to support both organisers and exhibitors. Available facilities include tables, chairs, pipe and drape, stanchions, speakers, projectors, projection screens, Wi-Fi, sound-reducing wall coverings and electrical drop-downs. Additional equipment, including lifting and handling equipment, can also be arranged depending on the requirements of the event. The site offers generous parking, including space for cars and buggies, accessible parking and a dedicated entrance ramp.

A commercial kitchen of more than 1,000 square feet is available for hire, with refrigeration, freezer space, cooking equipment, preparation surfaces and serving windows. This gives organisers useful flexibility when arranging catering for dinners, auctions, receptions and fundraisers. An event coordinator is available during booked events to oversee practical details, while the venue team can assist with set-up, tear-down and waste removal.

The adjoining 27,000-square-foot Beachy Horse Arena is connected to the Event Center through The Nest, creating further possibilities for equestrian events, auctions, shows and large multi-area gatherings. Nearby accommodation at Sleep Inn and Suites Mt. Hope adds convenience for exhibitors, speakers, guests and production teams travelling to longer events.
