Long Beach Scottish Rite

Long Beach Scottish Rite is a distinctive historic venue in central Long Beach, California, offering several spaces for organisers planning weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, performances and community events. Set within a characterful Scottish Rite building dating from the 1920s, the venue combines architectural interest with practical facilities for a wide range of occasions.

The main ballroom can host up to 350 guests for dining and includes both a stage and dance floor, making it suitable for wedding receptions, banquets, parties, award ceremonies and other formal occasions. For productions and live entertainment, the Ernest Borgnine Theatre provides a seated auditorium with capacity for approximately 800 guests across the main floor and mezzanine. The theatre is equipped with professional sound and stage lighting, supporting concerts, theatrical productions, choir performances, dance recitals and presentation-led events.

Smaller gatherings can make use of the lounge, which accommodates around 40 people and includes its own restroom and powder room. This space can also serve as a bridal or quinceañera suite.
