Events at Ravenridge

Events at Ravenridge is an outdoor event venue in Port Orchard, Washington, designed for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations surrounded by woodland, open pasture and peaceful countryside. The property offers a flexible setting for organisers who want a relaxed, nature-led event rather than a traditional indoor function room.

The venue’s main event space is a 40 by 80-foot high-peak canopy, providing covered accommodation for receptions, dinners, meetings and celebrations. The surrounding grounds create several options for ceremonies, photographs, outdoor activities and informal socialising. Event features include a gazebo, farmhouse porch, rose and hydrangea gardens, a Western-style frontage, antique trucks for photographs and open grassy areas overlooking the nearby forest.

Ravenridge can accommodate events of approximately 120 to 150 guests, depending on the format. Tables and padded folding chairs are available, along with portable ADA restrooms, hand-washing stations, on-site parking and selected outdoor games. Organisers may work with their own licensed caterer or choose from preferred suppliers. Catering must be self-contained because there is no permanent kitchen on site.

The venue supports wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal gatherings, birthday parties, anniversaries, fundraising galas, company meetings, team retreats and other private or corporate occasions. Optional services include event coordination, wedding officiating, rehearsal access, photography time and antique vehicle hire. Clients can also arrange their own décor, entertainment and catering, subject to the venue’s approval and operating requirements.
