Located in the Town Hall square, right next to Erquy's town hall, the Salle des Fêtes (Community Hall) offers a versatile municipal space for organizing various types of events. It is suitable for family meals and private receptions as well as association events, meetings, conferences, shows, or local business gatherings.

The hall can accommodate up to 150 seated guests and 300 standing. It offers a practical solution for organizers seeking a functional venue in Côtes-d'Armor, in the heart of Erquy. The layout allows for the organization of a hot or cold meal, a cocktail reception, a meeting, or a formal event, depending on the needs of the occasion.

The available equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and refrigerator, a bar, furniture, and tableware for 150 people. A small sound system is also set up for speeches and background music. The organizers also have access to a video projector and a retractable screen, useful for presentations, screenings, or speeches.

Setup can take place the day before, from 2 pm onwards, subject to availability. The hall is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Reservations are made through the municipal services, after verification of the date and nature of the event. Proof of insurance and a security deposit are required, and a property inspection is conducted to ensure a smooth rental process.
