Melody Park

Melody Park is a private outdoor event venue in Hagerstown, Maryland, set across six acres of secluded grounds near Greencastle Pike. The venue offers a flexible setting for organisers planning weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, concerts, car shows, picnics, reunions, birthday parties, school functions and fundraising events.

At the centre of the site is a 4,000 square foot pavilion with space for dining, dancing, live entertainment and larger group gatherings. The pavilion includes an 800 square foot concession area, making it practical for events where food and drinks need to be served on site. The space has previously accommodated more than 200 wedding guests, with room for tables, a dance floor and a stage area.

The surrounding park provides a relaxed outdoor setting with Traupe Run stream, two walking bridges, walking areas and shaded spaces. Organisers can use 23 picnic tables, or have them stored when a more open layout is preferred. Two large brick barbecue pits and additional charcoal grills are available for outdoor meals and casual celebrations. The grounds can also support activities such as volleyball, badminton, horseshoes and bean bag toss.

Melody Park is suitable for both private and public occasions, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to company events, live performances and family days. Its combination of open-air space, covered facilities and event-focused rental options gives organisers flexibility when planning gatherings of different sizes and styles.
