The Nest Event Center

The Nest Event Center is a flexible event venue in Indianapolis, offering adaptable spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, banquets and other special occasions. Its facilities are designed to support both intimate events and larger receptions, with layouts that can be adjusted to suit the guest list, format and atmosphere of each occasion.

The main ballroom provides a polished setting for wedding receptions, dinners, fundraisers, birthday celebrations, showers and corporate functions. It can seat around 120 guests at round tables in its standard arrangement, while larger configurations are also available for selected events. The space can be divided into smaller sections, making it suitable for different activities, breakout areas or more private gatherings. Custom lighting, projection capabilities and a flexible room design allow organisers to create a tailored environment for presentations, entertainment, dining and socialising.

For smaller meetings and gatherings, The Nest also offers a conference room and foyer lounge. These areas can accommodate training sessions, business meetings, cocktail receptions, wedding ceremonies, pre-event gatherings and private parties. Organisers have access to professional technology options, including projection, sound equipment, high-speed internet and presentation facilities. On-site parking adds practical convenience for guests and delegates.
