Hemingford Pavilion

Hemingford Pavilion is a community venue and event space in Hemingford Grey, near Huntingdon, offering practical facilities for private celebrations, business meetings, conferences and social occasions. Set within the Hemingford Peace Memorial Field, the venue combines a relaxed village setting with convenient access from the A14 and free on-site parking.

The Pavilion has two bookable rooms to suit different types of gatherings. Hayward Hall is the larger space, accommodating up to 100 people and featuring a sprung ash floor, air conditioning, blackout blinds, flexible lighting and dual-aspect views. It also has access to a private licensed bar, making it suitable for parties, receptions, children’s celebrations, community events and informal functions. The Chris Page Room provides a smaller first-floor setting for groups of up to 40 people, making it useful for meetings, workshops, classes, presentations and more intimate gatherings.

Conference organisers can make use of complimentary Wi-Fi, audio-visual equipment, a projector, screen, flipchart and flexible room layouts. Refreshments and menu options are available, while the lounge bar can provide an additional breakout area by prior arrangement. The venue also offers kitchen facilities, baby changing facilities and an on-site defibrillator.

Hemingford Pavilion welcomes private hire with or without bar service, and self-catering can be arranged for suitable bookings. Packages are also available for wakes and funeral receptions, including room preparation, refreshments and bar service.
