Location 215 is a modern event venue and daylight photo studio in Philadelphia’s Spring Arts District. The space is designed for organisers who want a flexible setting that can be adapted to different event formats, creative productions and guest experiences.

Event facilities include a white marble serving bar, market lighting, presentation screens, high-speed Wi-Fi, standard tables, a private dressing area and on-site parking. The venue also provides access to an on-site venue manager during standard rentals, helping organisers coordinate setup, the event itself and breakdown. A standard eight-hour rental includes five hours for the event, two hours for setup and one hour for breakdown, while daytime and partial hire options are available depending on availability.

Location 215 also supports organisers with recommendations for catering, bar service, floral design, decor, furniture, entertainment, photography, videography, hair and make-up, transport, security and audiovisual production. Clients may bring their own suppliers for many services, subject to the venue’s catering approval requirements. Its separate daylight studio is suitable for commercial photography, video production, fittings, castings, workshops and creative projects, making the venue useful for both event and production professionals.
