Het Verbindingshuis in Deinze is an atmospheric and flexible venue for entrepreneurs, organizations, and educators seeking a pleasant space for their activities. The location features two multifunctional rooms that can be rented separately or together. This provides space for small meetings, coaching sessions, and workshops, as well as training courses, lectures, and networking events using various formats.

The 45 m² Terra Room accommodates groups of up to approximately 34 people in a theater-style setup and is suitable for activities requiring a bit more freedom of movement. The 24 m² Oker Room is geared towards smaller groups of up to approximately 20 people and is well-suited for coaching sessions, meetings, and small-scale workshops. Those wishing to facilitate multiple groups or sessions simultaneously can combine both rooms and use the extra space as a breakout room, relaxation area, or separate workspace.

With every reservation, the renter has the entire location to themselves. In addition to the chosen room, the entrance hall, break room, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, and garden are also available. The break room can be used for receptions, lunch, or informal conversations and features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and tableware.

The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dimmable lighting, blackout curtains, a projector, flipchart, and Bluetooth speaker. Tables, chairs, cushions, and yoga mats are also available. Thanks to the self-service concept, automatic access, and flexible room layout, organizers can organize their activity independently and according to their own schedule. There is no mandatory catering package, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Het Verbindingshuis is centrally located in Deinze, with free parking available in the vicinity and good accessibility by public transport.
