The Compound

The Compound is a large-scale event venue in Round Top, Texas, offering a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, exhibitions, festivals, retreats, receptions and private celebrations. Set across 57 acres, the property combines barn-inspired architecture with landscaped gardens, mature trees, fountains, gazebos and connecting pathways, giving organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor environments.

The venue includes five individual barns, each with its own character and layout. Peck Barn offers more than 6,000 square feet of air-conditioned space divided into three connected areas, with a lobby, polished concrete floors, restrooms, WiFi and a catering kitchen. The Carriage House provides a covered setting overlooking a courtyard, while The Stables offers more than 9,000 square feet, high ceilings, chandeliers, fans and a spacious entrance area. Neal Barn has open-plan space, large doors leading towards the gardens and access to The Grove, a separate outdoor area with a large deck and dance floor. The Granary Barn adds further rustic character with high ceilings, antique doors and broad views of the surrounding grounds.

Organisers can use the spaces for elegant dinners, ceremonies, dancing, product presentations, art events, music gatherings and larger productions. The Grove can be booked independently or used as an extension to the barns, with lighting, power, water, picnic tables and room for dining, entertainment or food trailers.
