The Hofmühle Pfaffroda in Olbernhau is a historic watermill dating back to 1758 and offers a unique setting for seminars, workshops, celebrations, and cultural events. The complex combines the character of a traditional mill building with exceptional facilities and accommodations close to nature.

For smaller events, a separate seminar room and a Kyrgyz yurt are available. The approximately 28-square-meter seminar room is suitable for seminars, lectures, readings, workshops, meetings, and private celebrations. Depending on the seating arrangement, it can accommodate up to 20 people. A private kitchen, bathroom, and separate entrance ensure convenient conditions for events lasting several hours or all day. A projector and screen can be rented upon request.

The yurt offers a unique and intimate atmosphere for seminars, meetings, celebrations, and events for up to approximately 30 people. Seat cushions, tableware, a large table for smaller gatherings, and additional equipment are available upon request. Drinks, snacks, and other services are also available on request.

For children's birthday parties, school events, and kindergarten activities, a medieval knight's tent can also be rented, complete with tables, benches, a throne, dishes, costumes, and games. Upon request, Hofmühle will assist with selecting the appropriate accessories, delivery, and setup.

The accommodations are complemented by a holiday apartment, a yurt, and a historic circus wagon. This makes the location suitable for multi-day seminars, creative workshops, and smaller group events. Visits and tours are available by prior arrangement.
