4T4 is an exclusive meeting and inspiration venue in Aalter, where companies and teams come together for meetings, workshops, training sessions, brainstorms, and strategic sessions. Organizers can choose from three rental options. With Full House, a group gains access to the entire venue, including a large multi-purpose hall, boardroom, breakout room, and lounge. Upstairs Only is suitable for meetings and consultations in the technically equipped rooms on the upper floor. Downstairs Only focuses on larger interactive workshops, training courses, and sessions in the multi-purpose hall. The spaces can be rented for a half-day, a full day, or a longer period.

The large hall features a projection screen and ClickShare connection and can be flexibly arranged. The boardroom accommodates up to fourteen people and is equipped with a large touchscreen, presentation capabilities, and a sound system. The breakout room is suitable for smaller working groups, while the lounge offers an informal setting for meetings, breaks, and brainstorming.

4T4 distinguishes itself through exclusive use of the location. Only one group is present per reservation, allowing organizers and participants to work in peace. A personal welcome, support during the day, coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, fruit, and snacks are included. Additionally, 4T4 can provide breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and an appetizer platter.
