HeartRock Virginia

HeartRock Virginia is a nature-filled wedding and event venue set across 15 acres in Schuyler, Virginia. The homestead offers couples and event organisers a peaceful rural setting for weddings, family gatherings, retreats, workshops, team activities and small group celebrations.

The property provides several distinctive outdoor spaces, including flower gardens, woodland clearings, open meadow areas, a pond and scenic paths that create memorable settings for ceremonies, receptions and photographs. Weddings are particularly well catered for, with capacity for intimate celebrations of around 50 to 175 guests and space for larger gatherings of up to approximately 200 people depending on the layout and event requirements. Couples can arrange ceremonies among the trees, in the gardens or beside the natural landscape, followed by receptions beneath a tent or in one of the property’s gathering areas.

Overnight accommodation is available for up to 15 guests across the main house, guest house and tree house. The Gathering Room offers an additional practical space for wedding preparation, informal meals, group time and catering access. This makes HeartRock suitable for multi-day celebrations where guests want to stay on site and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

Beyond weddings, HeartRock welcomes wellness and faith retreats, leadership workshops, strategic planning sessions, team-building activities, family reunions and other small group events. Day events can accommodate approximately 75 to 100 guests, depending on the season and format. The venue also grows seasonal flowers and can provide custom arrangements or flowers for organisers and couples who want locally grown blooms for their event.
