Christ Church House

Christ Church House is a flexible venue in Cockfosters, North London, available for conferences, away days, celebrations, group meetings and other organised gatherings. Its location, around 100 metres from Cockfosters Tube and Bus station and close to Trent Country Park, makes it convenient for guests travelling from across London and Hertfordshire.

The venue offers two adaptable rooms for different event formats. The Main Hall can seat up to 120 guests, with a maximum capacity of 150. It includes tables and chairs, a small stage, blackout blinds, various lighting options and convenient access to the kitchen, making it suitable for presentations, workshops, community events, receptions and private functions. The Upper Room accommodates up to 50 seated guests, or 60 people at maximum capacity, with tables, chairs and shared access to a small kitchen equipped for tea and coffee service.

Organisers can hire the kitchen separately, with facilities including a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, boiler and double sink. Crockery hire is also available. For larger bookings, the day rate includes the Main Hall, kitchen and cleaning fee, while shorter room hire options are available for more focused meetings and events.

Christ Church House provides on-site parking, good toilet facilities and disabled access. The venue can support both one-off events and regular bookings, giving local organisations, businesses, charities and community groups a practical space for meetings and gatherings. Enquiries are handled by the church office, with special rates available for Christ Church members and Christian charity events. Hall hire is unavailable on Sundays.
