Doors of Divergence

Doors of Divergence creates immersive escape room and interactive theatre experiences for groups in Charlotte, North Carolina. Its signature Paradox Cycle combines live actors, narrative puzzles, detailed sets and branching storylines, allowing participants to influence what happens during the experience and in later chapters.

Guests can enter the world of Heresy: 1897, a mysterious historical adventure involving alchemy, astronomy and occult experiments, before continuing into Madness: 1917, where their earlier decisions shape the characters, rooms and challenges they encounter. Each playthrough can develop differently, giving groups a strong reason to return and explore new story paths.

The experience is designed for groups of up to eight people and lasts around two to two and a half hours, including the introduction and time in the Paradox Bar. Private bookings give organisers the opportunity to reserve the experience exclusively for their own group, while public tickets are also available for selected sessions. The venue welcomes company groups, university groups and student organisations, and can discuss special engagements and group buyouts.
