40 Palms is a private ranch-style venue in Reseda, California, offering a distinctive setting for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, showers, memorial services, filming, television productions, commercials and photo shoots. Couples and organisers are welcome to bring their own suppliers, while the venue can also recommend vendors when needed. Tables and chairs are available for events of up to 90 guests, and the property provides Wi-Fi and one security guard as part of its event arrangements. A free hour is available for set-up or breakdown, with a four-hour minimum booking period and a separate cleaning fee.
