A seminar room of approximately 55 square meters is available for events. By connecting it to the adjoining living room, the space can be expanded to about 75 square meters. Depending on the occasion, the room can be set up with tables and chairs for meetings and training sessions, or with mattresses for creative, movement-oriented, and educational workshops. In addition, there is a dining room of approximately 35 square meters with seating for up to 30 people, as well as a multipurpose room of approximately 40 square meters.
The house can accommodate groups of approximately 13 to 25 people and has 11 rooms with a total of up to 26 beds. Seven showers and seven toilets are available for guests. The accommodation is rented on a self-catering basis. A private kitchen allows for individual catering; if required, a caterer or cook can be recommended.
The outdoor area expands the possibilities for use with a large lawn, wooded group areas, a garden with a view of the valley, and a covered barbecue area. Walking and hiking trails, an indoor go-kart track, a leisure pool, and the Kluterthöhle cave are all located nearby. This makes the seminar house an ideal setting for retreats, team-building days, educational programs, social events, and multi-day group activities in a natural environment.
