Hanscom Conference Center

Hanscom Conference Center is a flexible meeting and event venue located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts. The facility provides a selection of rooms for meetings, training sessions, briefings, workshops, classes and other organised events, with spaces suited to both small groups and larger audiences.

The venue includes several meeting rooms for intimate sessions, alongside larger rooms and an auditorium with capacity for up to 200 people. Available spaces include Concord, Lincoln, Holzman, Bedford, Lexington and Burlington, allowing organisers to choose a room that matches their group size and event format. The larger rooms are suitable for presentations, conferences, lectures and formal gatherings, while the smaller rooms work well for board meetings, breakout discussions and training activities.

Event organisers can make use of practical presentation and communication equipment, including projectors, widescreen projection screens, VGA and HDMI connections, wireless and clip-on microphones, laptop audio support, teleconference facilities and Wi-Fi or network connections in selected rooms. The building also includes a lobby, projection facilities and supporting areas that help events run smoothly.

Reservations are arranged through Hanscom’s base reservation process. Organisers without the required network access can contact the centre directly to discuss availability and booking arrangements. As the conference centre is located on a military installation, visitors and organisers should confirm access requirements and eligibility before planning an event.
