The venue consists of an extensive 20-hectare site, a flexible pavilion, an indoor hall, and various outdoor zones. Organizers can rent the entire site or choose a separate section. Thanks to the combination of land, water, asphalt tracks, and covered spaces, Flevo Nice is suitable for a wide range of concepts. These include corporate parties, trade fairs, festivals, product launches, brand activations, staff days, training sessions, meetings, and team-building activities.
The pavilion accommodates groups of up to 800 people and can be expanded with a terrace, lounge, exhibition space, catering area, and outdoor grounds. The insulated hall, measuring 30 by 35 meters, offers a weather-resistant venue for parties, trade fairs, conferences, and other productions. For smaller business gatherings, there are meeting rooms and breakout rooms with basic amenities such as a projector, microphone, and presentation screens.
There are also many practical possibilities outdoors. Flevo Nice features asphalt courts, a four-hectare lake, ample parking for approximately 2,000 cars, and various facilities for visitors and suppliers. The venue assists with layout, routing, technical aspects, and hospitality. For catering, they collaborate with a specialized partner, allowing organizers to choose from options including dinners, buffets, barbecues, food trucks, and live cooking. Thanks to the flexible setup, organizers can largely tailor their event to their own concept and wishes.
