Pilgrim Firs Camp & Retreat Center

Pilgrim Firs Camp & Retreat Center is a peaceful lakeside venue near Port Orchard, Washington, designed for retreats, conferences, workshops, group gatherings and residential programmes. Set within a wooded 120-acre site beside Lake Flora, the centre combines practical meeting facilities with overnight accommodation and a range of outdoor spaces.

The venue’s facilities include Madson Dining Hall, which can seat up to 135 guests and includes a conference room, fireside room, outdoor dining area, game room and art room. Groups can make use of built-in audiovisual equipment, microphones, a ceiling-mounted projector, Wi-Fi, whiteboards, easels and flexible tables and chairs. Smaller gatherings can use Huckleberry House, with programme space for around 25 to 30 people, or South Lodge, which offers a larger gathering space suitable for workshops, planning meetings, music activities, yoga and conferences.

Accommodation is available in cabins, South Lodge and Huckleberry House, with capacity for residential groups of different sizes. The cabins provide a rustic but comfortable base with heated rooms, bedding, towels and indoor facilities. South Lodge includes guest rooms, lounge space, a snack kitchen, accessible facilities and a deck overlooking the lake.

The surrounding grounds add plenty of opportunities for informal activities and downtime. Organisers can use an outdoor chapel, fire pit areas, gardens, a labyrinth, an activity field, basketball court, hiking trail, swimming area, canoes, kayaks and paddleboards. The centre welcomes groups from a wide range of spiritual and organisational backgrounds, making it suitable for faith retreats, nonprofit gatherings, creative programmes, staff retreats and community events.
