Southfield Pavilion

Southfield Pavilion is a large, flexible event venue within the Southfield Municipal Complex in Southfield, Michigan. Designed for major gatherings, the venue welcomes conference organisers, exhibition planners, corporate event teams, community organisations and private hosts looking for a practical location in Southeast Michigan.

The pavilion provides more than 28,000 square feet of display space, allowing organisers to plan trade shows, expos, conventions, public events and large-scale receptions under one roof. Its layout can accommodate up to 125 exhibition booths measuring 10 by 10 feet, making it suitable for supplier fairs, consumer shows, industry showcases and networking events. For seated functions, the venue can host around 600 guests in a banquet arrangement, while lecture or concert-style layouts can accommodate up to 2,200 people.

Additional breakout facilities are available in rooms within the nearby Parks and Recreation Building. These spaces can support workshops, smaller meetings, registration areas, speaker preparation or parallel sessions alongside a main event in the pavilion. Organisers can therefore create a varied programme without moving attendees between separate sites.

The location is convenient for local and regional guests, with straightforward access to major roads including the Lodge Freeway, I-696 and the Southfield Freeway. Free on-site parking for more than 1,000 vehicles helps simplify arrival logistics for exhibitors, delegates and visitors.
