Depending on the selected room and booking package, organisers can use a large Sharp display with touch-screen whiteboard functionality, video conferencing equipment, in-table power, internet connections and professional presentation facilities. The building also features modern furnishings, acoustic treatments, privacy shades, climate control and automated lighting, supporting both formal proceedings and collaborative meetings.

Grove Legal offers half-day and full-day room hire, with several room sizes and combination options available. The largest configuration can accommodate up to 21 people and includes exclusive use of an interior lounge area. Smaller rooms provide more intimate settings for groups of six to eight participants.

The Coconut Grove location is close to public parking, restaurants, hotels, shops, parks and marinas, making it convenient for organisers and attendees travelling from around Miami or from further afield. The venue is also available for selected commercial and film production use, subject to availability.
