OCC Conference Center

OCC Conference Center provides practical, professionally managed meeting space in the heart of downtown Oakland. The centre is designed for organisers planning business meetings, training sessions, interviews, workshops, classes, presentations and smaller conferences, with rooms available for half-day or full-day hire.

Five spaces are available for different group sizes and formats. The Paramount Room is the largest option, accommodating up to 100 people, while the Fox Room can host up to 48 guests. The Parkway, Lakeshore and Grand Rooms offer more compact settings for workshops, board meetings, interviews and focused team sessions. Rooms can be arranged in theatre, classroom, boardroom, U-shape or banquet layouts, subject to the requirements of each booking.

Facilities include tables and chairs, projector and screen equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, video conferencing, presentation technology, flip charts, easels, whiteboards and room set-up and breakdown. The Paramount Room also includes larger presentation screens, surround sound, wireless microphones and a podium. Selected rooms provide video conferencing facilities, making the venue suitable for hybrid meetings and remote participation.
