Flexhuis in Oss offers flexible spaces for meetings, training sessions, courses, business gatherings, and temporary office work. Organizers can use the facilities for both small-scale discussions and larger gatherings of up to 200 people. Thanks to the various spaces, there is a suitable setup for virtually every type of business activity.

The smaller rooms are suitable for individual workspaces, coaching, client meetings, training sessions, and meetings with a few participants. For larger groups, there are the Warsaw 1 and Warsaw 2 rooms on the ground floor. These rooms can be rented separately or together. As a result, Flexhuis can be used for gatherings of up to 100 people per room, or up to 200 people when both spaces are combined.

The layout can be adapted to the program. Consider a U-shaped arrangement, a circle, group work, or a classic hall setup. Warschau 1 features a fixed projector and screen. Warschau 2 has a kitchen and bar and offers access to an outdoor terrace. Additional facilities are also available for meetings and training sessions, such as a digital screen, flip chart, and sound system.

Flexhuis rents out the spaces by the hour, meaning organizers do not automatically have to book a full day or a half-day. Coffee, tea, water, Wi-Fi, printing, and copying are available. Additionally, lunch, sandwiches, drinks, and other catering options can be arranged. The location is open on weekdays, and reservations outside regular opening hours are possible upon consultation. This makes Flexhuis a practical meeting location in Oss for companies, freelancers, educators, and organizers of business meetings.
