The Cliffs Resort

The Cliffs Conference Center provides a scenic setting for business meetings, retreats, weddings, private gatherings and golf-related events beside Possum Kingdom Lake in Graford, Texas. Set within The Cliffs Resort, the venue combines dedicated meeting facilities with overnight accommodation, dining and leisure activities, giving organisers the option to build a complete residential event programme in one location.

The conference centre offers around 1,800 square feet of functional indoor meeting space within a larger 3,500-square-foot facility. The main room can be used as one open space or divided into three smaller rooms, making it suitable for training sessions, workshops, seminars, board meetings and executive retreats. An adjoining outdoor terrace provides additional space for breaks, informal networking and meals with views across the lake.

Meeting packages can include guest accommodation, room hire, conference set-up, meals, refreshments, standard audiovisual equipment and support from an on-site conference coordinator. The venue can also arrange additional AV equipment when required. Food options range from breakfast and refreshment breaks to themed buffets, plated dinners, barbecues, hors d'oeuvres and drinks service.

For weddings and private celebrations, organisers can choose between the conference centre and outdoor areas overlooking the water. The resort team supports planning and coordination, while the surrounding facilities create opportunities to add golf tournaments, fishing, recreational activities or group outings to a wider event itinerary. Smaller groups may also use additional rooms, including a boardroom and the Sunrise Room. Outdoor pavilions with electricity, picnic tables and barbecue facilities are available for private group occasions, and the group sales team can assist with transport arrangements.
