Coweta County Fairgrounds & Conference Center

Coweta County Fairgrounds & Conference Center is a versatile event venue in Newnan, Georgia, offering a broad range of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning conferences, meetings, banquets, parties, expos, competitions, concerts and community gatherings. Set across approximately 80 acres, the site gives event planners room to create different layouts and combine several facilities for larger or more complex programmes.

The conference centre includes three adaptable rooms. Golden Creek Room accommodates up to 125 guests, Sandy Creek Room can host up to 250, and the combined New River Hall provides around 6,000 square feet of space for up to 400 people. These rooms are suitable for business meetings, receptions, dinners, workshops, presentations and private celebrations. A catering kitchen is available for licensed and insured caterers, allowing organisers to work with an appropriate food service partner.

Beyond the main conference facilities, the venue includes an agricultural building, an outdoor theatre with stage and lawn, a large midway, concession areas, grassed parking areas and the W.C. Adamson Horse Arena. These spaces can support trade shows, agricultural events, sporting and equestrian activities, outdoor entertainment, festivals, public events and large-scale gatherings. The James E. McGuffey Nature Center adds a covered pavilion, walking trails and an appealing outdoor setting for informal group activities or nature-focused programmes.

Organisers can request individual rooms, outdoor areas or several facilities together, depending on the format and scale of their event. Heating, air conditioning, lighting, restrooms and accessible facilities are provided, while on-site parking and proximity to Interstate 85 make the location practical for local and visiting guests.
