Wetherby Racecourse

Wetherby Racecourse is a versatile conference and events venue in the Yorkshire countryside, offering a distinctive setting for business gatherings, exhibitions, private celebrations and weddings. Event organisers can choose from up to 20 flexible rooms across the Bramham Hall, Millennium Stand and Millennium West Grandstand. The Bramham Hall is the largest function space, with room for up to 500 delegates in theatre-style seating and up to 300 guests in cabaret or formal event layouts. Smaller syndicate rooms are available for meetings, workshops, training sessions and breakout activities, while adaptable exhibition areas can be configured to suit product launches, trade displays and corporate roadshows.

The venue also caters for formal dinners, charity balls, dinner dances, receptions and wedding celebrations. Suites can accommodate between 75 and 350 guests for banqueting, with event packages including room hire, service staff, table linen, crockery and cutlery. Catering is provided through the venue’s established hospitality partner, with menus designed for conferences, formal dining and celebrations.

Outdoor areas include grass and hard-standing surfaces, a large showground and open space suitable for team activities, outdoor exhibitions, car displays, fun days and other large-scale gatherings.
