The main hall has a total surface area of approximately 4,800 m² and can be divided into various zones. This makes it possible to combine an exhibition floor, plenary room, catering zone, backstage area, or additional reception area within a single location. For meetings, training sessions, and seminars, there are three equipped meeting rooms for groups of approximately 18 to 50 people. A larger hall can be configured with tiered seating for presentations, conferences, or performances.
Louvexpo also supports organizers with practical and technical facilities. These include audiovisual installations, projection, screens, sound and lighting solutions, stage and grandstand configurations, and technical support. For receptions, staff parties, and evening programs, the spaces can be furnished with tables, chairs, bars, lounge areas, flooring, and decorative elements. Furthermore, there is a catering area where breakfast packages, coffee breaks, walking dinners, buffets, and seated meals can be provided.
Thanks to its location in the heart of Wallonia, accessibility from Brussels and Lille, loading and unloading facilities, and ample free parking, Louvexpo is practical for organizers, exhibitors, and visitors. Additional services such as reception staff, cloakroom, security, hotel reservations, taxis, and shuttles can also be arranged. In this way, Louvexpo offers a flexible base for events where space, technology, logistics, and hospitality come together.
