Annenberg Presidential Conference Center

Annenberg Presidential Conference Center is a professional conference and event venue on the West Campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The centre provides a choice of adaptable spaces for conferences, lectures, panel discussions, workshops, receptions, banquets, performances, graduations, award ceremonies and book signings.

Its facilities include two purpose-built auditoriums, with seating for up to 600 and 300 guests, each supported by a stage suitable for presentations, panels and formal ceremonies. Organisers can also choose from several banquet and meeting spaces, including the Presidential Dining Room and rooms 1011B, 1011C and 1011BC. These areas range from smaller rooms for workshops and receptions to a combined 4,800-square-foot space for larger gatherings. Audio-visual capabilities are available across the banquet spaces, helping organisers deliver presentations, speeches and business programmes effectively.

The main lobby offers an additional 3,363-square-foot setting for registration desks, welcome receptions, small ceremonies and book signings. The venue is supported by a dedicated events team that manages reservations and provides practical assistance for event planning and delivery. Organisers can request space through the reservation process, while external clients may need formal sponsorship from a Texas A&M organisation or university unit before an event can be approved.

With its university setting, auditorium infrastructure, event rooms and on-site support, the centre is well suited to conferences, academic and professional gatherings, corporate meetings, awards programmes, formal dinners and public speaking events in the Brazos Valley.
