Additional room is available when organisers need flexible seating for a group of up to around 20 participants. Technology is a key part of the offering. The venue provides a video conferencing system with expansion microphones, echo cancellation, noise reduction and straightforward controls. Remote participants can join using a meeting ID from a smartphone or computer, making the room practical for hybrid meetings and consultations. Presentation equipment includes a wireless Epson projector, HDMI and VGA connections, and projection screens in different sizes.
