Parkingboys is exclusively specialized in fully organizing the parking during your event. Visitors already get the first impression of your event when they arrive at the parking lot.
Parkingboys ensures that your event gets the stylish and professional look it deserves.
Parking boys
Our promoters are carefully selected, screened and trained to be a parking boy. We also provide complete equipment. The parking boys are dressed in adapted orange fluorescent clothing, have walkie-talkies and flashlights.
Signage
If the parking requires this, we can provide additional signage. Road cones and signs are provided that lead visitors to the parking lot. Additional lighting and / or a barrier can be placed as desired.
Personalization
Our full service advertising department can provide a personalization that immediately puts your event in the spotlight (banners, info signs, ...). Also additional information-providing signage on the parking lot can prove very important (direction to follow, keep entrance free ... )
Smart
We provide standard 1 Smart with a flashing light that can guide the vehicles to their location. This stimulates the cooperation of the visitor who becomes clearly aware of the professionalism on site.
Shuttle
If the parking is not in the immediate vicinity of the event, Parkingboys can organize a shuttle service in which our parkingboys can bring your invitees to the event in a stylish, fast and safe way.
Scenario
Parkingboys can vouch for a complete parking plan, including. VIP seats can be provided.

Punctual, squat and friendly
A few years ago, Parkingboys provided a VIP shuttle service at one of our events. Very pleasant cooperation. The vans are squeaky clean and on time. We were told by several of our guests how warmly they were received by the parking boys. The start of a successful event!
