The venue includes several adaptable spaces across three floors. Mayo Hall is the largest room, accommodating up to 100 people in theatre-style seating across 179 square metres. Its sprung floor makes it suitable for talks, meals, dances, drama, exercise sessions and other group activities. The hall also benefits from a projection wall, access to a well-equipped kitchen, microphone facilities and an induction loop. Smaller groups can use the ground-floor meeting room, which seats up to 12 people and can be arranged to suit different meeting formats. Additional rooms include the Sanctuary, Training Room, Room 22 and Centre Hall, providing further options for classes, rehearsals, talks, gatherings and workshops.

Organisers can request extra equipment such as projectors, microphones, flip charts, staging, crockery and a laptop computer. Outside catering is welcome for bookings, while set-up, clear-up and cleaning support can be arranged where required. The centre is open for bookings from Monday to Saturday, with daytime hire generally available and selected evening bookings considered by arrangement.
