The Terrace

The Terrace is a centrally located meeting, conference and event venue in Leeds, positioned on the fifth floor of 3 Wellington Place, only a short walk from Leeds railway station. Its city-centre setting makes it a practical choice for organisers arranging business meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, networking events and corporate celebrations.

The venue offers four purpose-built spaces, ranging from smaller rooms for focused meetings to a larger event space for up to 150 guests. The rooms are designed to support different formats, including boardroom meetings, presentations, seminars, team gatherings and receptions. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light, while direct access to the rooftop terrace gives organisers an attractive outdoor area for breaks, informal conversations, drinks receptions or summer events.

Three of the rooms support hybrid meetings, allowing remote participants to join from elsewhere. Available facilities include widescreen displays with HDMI connectivity, built-in speakers, microphones, conference and video call technology, guest Wi-Fi, whiteboards, flipcharts and temperature control. A breakout lounge and refreshments are also included with room hire.

The on-site team supports organisers throughout the booking process and can help arrange room layouts, technical assistance, catering and event requirements. Catering is available on request, with options suitable for meetings, working lunches and larger gatherings. Flexible half-day and full-day packages are available, with bookings possible during standard weekday hours and outside those times by arrangement.
